01In short
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Messages you send through the contact form reach us by email. We use them only to reply.
- Questions you ask the site assistant are answered by our AI provider, DeepSeek. Our server does not store them.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
02Who we are
This policy explains what information Techuistic ("we", "us") collects through techuistic.com, why, and what you can do about it.
For anything about this policy or your information, contact us at:
03What we collect and why
Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name and email address and, if you add them, your company, topic and message. We use them to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.
Job applications. If you apply for a role, we receive what you send: your name, email address, message and any links to your CV, portfolio or profiles. We use them only to consider you for roles at Techuistic.
Questions to the site assistant ("Ask Techuistic"). What you type is sent through our server to our AI provider to generate an answer. See The AI assistant.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting servers receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so they can deliver the site and keep it secure. We use IP addresses briefly to limit abuse of the assistant, not to identify or track you.
04The AI assistant
Answers are generated by DeepSeek, a third-party AI service. Your question, and the earlier messages in the same conversation, are sent to DeepSeek to produce each answer. DeepSeek processes them under its own terms and privacy policy, on servers that may be outside your country, including in the People’s Republic of China.
Our server does not store or log what you write to the assistant. To prevent abuse, it keeps a count of requests per IP address in memory for up to 10 minutes.
The conversation is kept in your browser’s session storage so it stays open as you move between pages. It is deleted when you close the tab.
Please don’t share confidential, sensitive or personal information with the assistant. If you need to, use the contact form instead.
07How long we keep it
- Enquiries and project correspondence: as long as needed to respond and to run any work that follows, then deleted or anonymised.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Assistant questions: not stored by us.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
08Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Contact us at the address in Who we are and we will reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
09Security
The website is served over HTTPS with a strict Content Security Policy, and the contact form and assistant include protection against spam and abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
10Children
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11Other websites
The website links to other sites, such as our social media pages. They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
