These terms apply to your use of techuistic.com (the "website"), operated by Techuistic ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
02Our services and projects
The website describes our services and products for general information. It is not an offer that can be accepted. Any project, engagement or product subscription is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Techuistic, which takes precedence over these terms.
03The AI assistant
"Ask Techuistic" generates answers automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Its answers are general information only: they are not advice, quotes, commitments or offers, and they do not bind Techuistic. Please confirm anything important with our team.
Don’t use the assistant for unlawful purposes, to try to make it ignore its instructions, or to send it confidential or sensitive information. How assistant questions are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
04Using the website
When you use the website, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload or probe the website or its systems, except by reporting security issues through the contact listed in security.txt;
- send spam, malware or misleading information through our forms or the assistant;
- copy or scrape the website’s content at scale, other than for search engine indexing;
- misrepresent who you are or who you represent.
05Intellectual property
The website’s content, design and code, the Techuistic name and logo, and the Lumora and Orbit AI names and marks belong to Techuistic or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. Any other use needs our written permission.
Client names and logos belong to their owners. They are shown to identify organisations we have worked with.
06Links to other websites
The website links to sites we don’t control, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
07No guarantees
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We don’t guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or always up to date, and descriptions of our services and products may change without notice.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Techuistic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the website or the assistant. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
